Michael A. Osime

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Osime attended University of Lagos and Strathclyde University, United Kingdom, obtaining a BSc in Actuarial Science in 1981, and MBA respectively. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and worked at various times with Chase Merchant Bank, Nigeria International Securities Limited and Nigeria International Bank Limited before setting up ICMG Securities Limited (“ICMG”).

He is a director of many companies including Broadband Technologies Limited (Chairman), Easipay Africa Limited (Chairman), Notore Chemical Industries Limited (Director) and Millennium Oil & Gas Limited (Vice-Chairman). He is the Founder and CEO of ICMG.

Millie Osai (Mrs.)

Executive Director, Corporate Finance & Projects

Mrs. Osai attended University of Nigeria Nssuka, Nigeria and Columbia University, New York, USA where she obtained BA Languages (1978) and MBA (1983) respectively. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. 

She has worked with several organizations including Chase Merchant Bank, Nigeria International Bank, First City Merchant Bank.  Her experience covers project management, portfolio management, credit management and corporate finance. She is currently Executive Director, Corporate Finance and Projects in ICMG.

Kennedy Edah-Dike

Executive Director, Stock Broking

Mr. Kennedy Edah-Dike attended Yaba College of Technology, Yaba obtaining HND (Accts) and the ESUT Business School, MBA (B&F) and MSc (HR Management). He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of StockBrokers (ACS).

Prior to joining ICMG, he has worked as an Audit/Financial Analyst with Eyewumi, Rome & Co. Chartered Accountants.

A widely travelled Professional, he has attended several International Courses overseas including the Prestigious New York Institute of Finance majoring in Equity Portfolio Management and also at the Executive Education Center (Harvard Business School 2006) majoring in Strategic Financial Analysis for Business Evaluation.

He was a commodity Analyst with ICMG Commodities Ltd before joining ICMG Securities Limited as a researcher and more recently the Executive Director on StockBroking and Investment Banking activities.

A devout Christian, he is happily married with children.

Jegbe S. Okojie

Financial Controller

Mr. Okojie attended University of Ibadan, obtaining BSC in Agricultural Economics in 1983. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and has worked in different organizations including DBL Securities and Continental Trust Bank Limited. He is presently the Financial Controller in ICMG.

Vincent Adubor

Assistant General Manager

Mr. Adubor attended University of Lagos, Akoka and Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he obtained BSc in Political Science in 1984 and MBA in 2000 respectively.

He has worked in many Organizations including the Investors Advisers Ltd where he was the Chief Operating Officer (Capital & Money Market Operations) before joining ICMG in 2000.

He was among the Technical Team sent by the Nigerian Stock Exchange to set up the Sierra Leone Stock Exchange in 2009.

He is a fellow (FCS) of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

L. A. Young

Mr. Young earned MA (Actuarial Science) and MBA degrees from University of Ibadan. He worked in Federal Pension Department, Lagos for ten (10) years, before joining the Financial Services Sector in 1996, and has been engaged in Pension Consulting and Investment Banking. He joined ICMG in 2000.

Anthony Eviebor

Mr. Anthony Eviebor obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Auchi Polytechnic in 1982. Chartered Stockbroker of over 2 years post qualification experience.

He started his working career with Government College, Lagos in 1984 before joining Nationwide Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Nationwide Merchant Bank from 1988 to 1989, STB Finance Limited from 1990 to 1996 as Head of Capital Market Group, Treasury and Credit Department, Matrix Capital Management Limited as General Manager (Investment) from 1987 to 2000.

He is presently with ICMG Securities Limited as General Manager, Financial Services. He attended several courses both local and foreign.
